our very LAST lab together

ive just finished my last lab session this week and im really glad that im finally done with all these lab thingy!
BUT, its still sad to know that i wont be touching all these chem-y stuff ever again! so its both :) and :( at the same time.

aha and since its our last lab together, allll of us stayed on to take photos together. haha its kinda ironic that for once, none of us are eager to leave the lab after we're done with our experiments- we kept loitering around our fumehoods area and wanna take photos of ourselves in lab coat and safety goggles attire!


the pictures above were taken at the canteen where our TA insisted on treating us drinks before we leave! thats him, the one in green....i hate him for being too naggy and forever trying to disturb us during lab and giving us funny answers when we're asking him questions seriously! oh well but we wont say no to free drinks!

hee i was still worried initially that i wont have any friends to do this module with me when i went for the first lab session. but thanks to you guys, lab was interesting fun and crappy! thanks for helping me collect/wash apparatus and stuff whenever im late for lab and waiting 2whole hrs for me when i had to redo one of the experiment! i felt soo guilty to make you all wait but am still glad that you guys stayed on and waited for me (:

SPECIAL SEM LAB

-rotatory evaporator- o h g o s h this one gave us problem too! we forgot to cover the vial and our product ended up rotating for a long time
without drying a tit weet at all T_T
and so bosco was saying that our first 2days of lab have already allowed us to compile all our errors into a book haha! the 4 of us doing lab together
is itself a disastrous combination but its a whole lot of fun :D and im really that happy i have friends doing special semester with me!!

my 2hrs REFLUX

my experimental setup looked all good and so i happily went for my 2hrs lunchbreak with my friends while leaving it to run for 2 whole hours,
where i then came back to realise that i didnt on the power plug in the first place haha! o h m y g o s h!

Slacking As Usual (whenever possible)

but at least im done with 1paper already!
and that module's notes were already dumped into some rubbish bin at VivoCity few hours after my exam hahaha.
watched BountyHunter with gary....some parts are really funny and jennifer aniston is really really pretty!
so yup, i had a good evening out with him- while im tired and bored as usual, he's really hyper for yesterday, jumping and bumping all around commenting on almost everything around us! haha so cute d:
how i wish we could hang out like that everyday, but not for the moment, boohoohoo.
ok back to preparation for the remaining 3papers coming in 3days, AHH i h a t e it.

LAB

And then....Lab has started since week2 of school....so fast right?! and so i'm back to doing lab reports each week. ZZzzz
i quite like doing lab(: but i don't like to do up lab reports....it's boring....seriously....but that takes up 40% of the module grade so well....

Anyway, i bought this pair of new covered shoes that i can wear for my lab! It looks nice right :D haha

was quite fun when you work with your lab partner rather than doing individual work!

i think, i don't mind becoming a chemist after i graduate!
